Profour Film is the daughter company of the Australian East-West Entertainment Pty Limited, a company of trading high quality films and television programs for Eastern Europe.

Profour Film's mission is twofold: first is to promote Australian films and television programs of all genres in the Eastern-European region and to open avenues for universally themed Hungarian films in Australia.

Profour Film is based in Budapest, Hungary and started its activity of trading Australian television programs in the year 2000. Since then, the number of Australian programs shown in Hungarian television alone has tripled and the general public now have much deeper understanding of the Australian people and their culture.

Over the years, Profour Film has developed well embedded relationships with major worldwide distributors including Beyond International, RDF Rights, ID Distribution, IMG, Worldwide Entertainment, Australian Children Television, IFM World Releasing and Scripps Network US and is also working closely now with Souther Star, Freementle Entertainment, Channel4, SBS Television, Chum International, Octapixx Worldwide, Sandra Carter Global to bring even more exciting, high quality and cutting edge new programming of world standard to regional broadcasters.

Through these relations, Profour Film today is able to offer over 15,000 hours of high quality programming of feature films, dramas, TV series, documentaries of every genre, - including natural history, travel, gastronomy and lifestyle, science, biographies and factual entertainment - and kinds programs.

On the behalf of the parent company Eastwest Entertainment, Profour Film is also involved in engaging partners for co-productions, including a five year project line-up to produce family genre Australian feature films with the involvement of Eastern European partners.
